PNG Country Managing Director
Achara Hinkley
Achara or Jeep as she is known by all, has spent more than 20 years working in PNG and has developed a network of skilled people who can help deliver the toughest of challenges. She has been an active participant in many local charities and has sat as Director on a number of companies over the years.

Her specialities are in Immigration, people development and training.
Group Managing Director
Matthew Hinkley
Matt is more at home as a hands on and technical problem solver. His background is primarily in the extractive industry in construction and asset management. He spent many years working the field of shutdown management in both mining and Oil&Gas industries in PNG. His specialist skills are Negotiations, communications, business strategy, financial controls and systems development.

PNG Corporate Service Coordinator
Betty Madouna
Bettys’ achievements go far beyond her career and work efforts. She represented PNG in swimming competition in 1993 in the Arafura Games in Australia. In 1994, she was awarded for the Junior Female Athlete of the year in the SP Sports. She then went on to represent PNG in Arafura Games in 1995, 1997 and 1999. She also represented PNG in the 10th South Pacific Games in Tahiti. Betty specialises in HR compliance and employee relations.
