and or similar disciplines.

About the Role
Assist the Manager Property in the efficient and effective management of the organisation's property investment functions. This position will be mainly to assist the organisations Property Manager in managing and monitoring all leasing arrangements with the property outsourced facility manager and leasing agents.
Requirements
1. Leasing Management: Assist the Manager Property to:
. Achieve or meet overall objective of ensuring that the organisations Property Portfolio achieves high levels
of occupancy.
• Monitor and undertake regular performance reviews of the leasing functions, both internal and those
outsourced, of the Fund and implement necessary corrective action.
• Manage the constant performance review of the Investment Manager to ensure accomplishment of
portfolio targets and performance standards.
• Ensure effectiveness of current service standards for service providers and recommend remedial
measures.
• Knowledgeable and able to provide advice on current rental market rates including future trend.
• Assist as and when required of any internal related property management functions.
• Report any areas for the Department activity for consideration of improvement of productivity and cost
containment.
2. Administration
• Effectively manage and monitor leasing functions performed by outsourced facility manager and leasing
agents.
• As and when required, act as our client's internal leasing agent presenting their properties to prospective
tenants.
• Either through leasing agents or internally, prepare and advertise available properties using variety of
media and promoting materials.
• Regularly inform the Manager Property, on leasing management covering areas of; occupancy levels,
tenancy, lease management, rental rates, rental arrears and potential prospects.
• Monthly reporting and Outsource Facility Manager operational meetings.
3. Compliance & Relationships
• Assist the Property Manager in preparing status reporting via their Property Meetings and
Investment Committee meetings as required.
• Assist the Property Manager in managing the following working relationships.
o Facilities and Property Managers
o Leasing agents
o External property Valuers.
4. Vision & Strategy
Assist the Property Manager, as and when required, in providing advice, suggestions and or input
for vision, policy, strategy and direction settings and be responsible for implementing strategic goals for
the department and the organization as a whole.
5. Occupational Health & Safety
To adhere to OH&S obligations and ensure a safe working environment is practiced internally and within
all of the organization's property investments.

All other duties as required and instructed by the Property Manager.
About the Company
Our client is a defined contribution fund (accumulation fund) approved under the Superannuation (General Provision) Act 2000. The Fund is governed by the Board of Directors of the organisation and Fund's Corporate Trustee ("the Trustee").
The Fund exists to invest amounts contributed by or on behalf of Members for their retirement. It has no purpose other than to serve the interests of its membership.
