Job Description: Payroll Officer

Position: Payroll OfficerDepartment: HR / Finance


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process employee payroll accurately and on time.

  • Calculate overtime (OT), commissions, bonuses, and employee benefits.

  • Maintain and update employee data in the payroll system to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.

  • Coordinate with the HR team and Accounting/Finance department on payroll-related matters.

  • Prepare payroll reports and other related reports as required.

  • This position is based in Thailand only.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of payroll experience (preferred).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information.

  • Responsible and able to meet deadlines.
