Job Description: Payroll Officer
Position: Payroll OfficerDepartment: HR / Finance
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process employee payroll accurately and on time.
Calculate overtime (OT), commissions, bonuses, and employee benefits.
Maintain and update employee data in the payroll system to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
Coordinate with the HR team and Accounting/Finance department on payroll-related matters.
Prepare payroll reports and other related reports as required.
This position is based in Thailand only.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least 1 year of payroll experience (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information.
Responsible and able to meet deadlines.
